Education is one of our core values, and that stems beyond the importance of our staff being educated about the services and products that we offer. It is important to us that our clients are educated about the body piercing that they received, the jewelry that they are wearing, and their role in successful healing.  

Our number one goal is to provide outstanding client experiences, and we take pride in our clients knowing that they are welcome and valued.. We strive to ensure that all of our clients feel comfortable and accepted for who they are, and we love hearing from our clients if they have suggestions for how we can improve on the experiences that we are providing. We are constantly looking at what we can do to make our client experiences even better and more memorable. 

Our owner, Chrissy Shull, started piercing in Wenatchee in 2000, but moved out of town in 2002 to have the opportunity to pierce in a studio that met APP health and safety standards. While moving around the country to receive better training, pierce in, and then eventually manage a variety of well-known APP studios, Chrissy daydreamed of bringing professional piercing services and quality body jewelry to the Wenatchee Valley. After professionally piercing for 13 years, Chrissy moved back to Wenatchee to be closer to her family and to open Integrity Piercing on July 1st, 2013.
