Free Piercing Check-ups

We offer free check-ups by appointment with any of our piercers during our regular business hours, and this is a service that we offer for piercings performed by us, as well as piercings that were done at other studios. If you live locally, an in-person checkup is always the best way to figure out what might be going on and what can be done to try to resolve the situation. However, we know that some clients are not able to visit us in person when needed. If you live outside of the Wenatchee Valley, or if you live locally and have concerns about your piercing while you are traveling, there are multiple options that you can utilize to get help. There are three ways to contact us outside of the studio:

We will answer any questions that you may have and we can look at photos of your piercing to ensure that it is healing the way that it should be. We can also provide troubleshooting and advice if you are experiencing any difficulties during or after your healing process. This free service is available every day of the week, including holidays, and is not limited to our business hours, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
